THE BIRDS OF PREY FOUNDATION: www.birds-of-prey.org Sigrid Noll Ueblacker November 11th, 1940 - October 28th, 2009 Sigrid brought the Birds of Prey Foundation to life in 1981. Through guts and determination she created one of the largest and best known rehabilitaiton facilities in the United States. Since then, The Birds of Prey has released over 15,000 birds and specializes in raptors. In 1991 she co-founded Colorado's state rehabilitation organization, 'The Colorado Council for Wildlife Rehabilitation'.
